Many of these relationships have\nendured into decades and navigated every technology cycle, from mainframes in\nthe 1970s to artificial intelligence today.\nKey\nResponsibilities\nLead and manage Oracle ERP Cloudconsolidation, transformation, and integration programs across multiple\nbusiness units and regions.\n\nDrive project governance, planning,scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder communication.\n\nCoordinate Oracle ERP Cloud modulesdeployment, consolidation, and post-implementation activities.\n\nManage project plans, milestones,dependencies, RAID logs, and executive status reporting.\n\nCollaborate with business, functional,technical, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.\n\nMonitor project financials, resourceallocations, and adherence t o timelines.\n\nFacilitate steering committee meetings,workshops, and executive presentations.\n\nEnsure compliance with PMO standards, changemanagement processes, and ERP governance frameworks.\n\nSupport data migration, testing, cutover, andhypercare activities during Oracle Cloud consolidation initiatives.\n\nRequired\nSkills\nGood years of Project Management/PMO/PCOexperience in large-scale ERP implementations.\n\nStrong experience managing Oracle ERP Cloudtransformation or consolidation programs.\n\nDeep understanding of Oracle Fusion ERPmodules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects, SCM, and HCM.\n\nExperience with project governance, budgeting,forecasting, risk management, and reporting.\n\nStrong knowledge of ERP consolidation, datamigration, business process harmonization, and system integration.\n\nProficiency in project management tools suchas MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Clarity.\n\nExcellent stakeholder management, vendorcoordination, and executive communication skills.\n\nExperience working in Agile, Waterfall, orHybrid delivery methodologies.\n\nPreferred\nQualifications\nPMP, PRINCE2, PMI-ACP, or equivalent ProjectManagement certification.\n\nOracle Cloud ERP implementation/consolidationexperience.\n\nExperience managing global ERP transformationprograms.\n\nKnowledge of change management andorganizational readiness practices.\n\nTCS does not use artificial\nintelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
