You will play a key role in driving operational excellence through automation, monitoring, resilience engineering, and continuous improvement.\nThe ideal candidate will possess deep hands-on experience with Dynatrace, cloud platforms, platform engineering, monitoring, incident management, and SRE best practices.\nKey Responsibilities\nPlatform Engineering & Reliability\nDesign, build, and maintain highly available, scalable, and resilient platform infrastructure.\nImplement Platform Engineering and SRE practices across enterprise applications and services.\nDefine and manage Service Level Indicators (SLIs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Error Budgets.\nDrive reliability engineering initiatives focused on availability, scalability, capacity planning, and performance optimization.\nLead proactive identification and resolution of system reliability and operational risks.\nSupport production environments and participate in on-call rotations as required.\nConduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to improve service reliability.\nObservability & Monitoring\nDesign and implement enterprise-wide monitoring and observability strategies.\nDevelop and maintain monitoring solutions for distributed applications, cloud platforms, infrastructure, middleware, databases, and APIs.\nConfigure alerting, anomaly detection, and automated response mechanisms to reduce mean time to detection (MTTD) and mean time to resolut ion (MTTR).\nEnable effective root cause analysis through comprehensive logging, tracing, and metrics collection.\nDevelop operational reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights into system health and performance.\nDynatrace Platform Administration\nAdminister and optimize Dynatrace SaaS and Managed environments.\nDeploy, configure, and maintain Dynatrace OneAgent across enterprise platforms.\nCreate and manage dashboards, management zones, alerting policies, and reporting solutions.\nImplement synthetic monitoring for critical business applications and APIs.\nConfigure and optimize Real User Monitoring (RUM), Digital Experience Monitoring (DEM), and Distributed Tracing capabilities.\nLeverage Davis AI for intelligent anomaly detection and problem analysis.\nDevelop and manage custom metrics, extensions, and integrations.\nPerform service flow analysis, log monitoring, and performance diagnostics.\nBuild executive, operational, and application performance dashboards to support stakeholders across the organization.\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement\nAutomate operational processes, platform management tasks, and monitoring workflows.\nContribute to Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and configuration management initiatives.\nImprove platform reliability through continuous optimization, standardization, and automation.\nCollaborate with development, operations, security, and architecture teams to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nStrong experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles.\nHands-on expertise with Dynatrace administration and observability implementation.\nExperience supporting large-scale, distributed, cloud-native, or enterprise environments.\nStrong understanding of monitoring, observability, incident management, and reliability engineering principles.\nExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).\nFamiliarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and CI/CD practices.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.\nTechnical Expertise\nDynatrace\nDynatrace OneAgent\nDynatrace SaaS and Managed Platforms\nDashboards and Reporting\nSynthetic Monitoring\nReal User Monitoring (RUM)\nDigital Experience Monitoring (DEM)\nDistributed Tracing\nDavis AI\nService Flow Analysis\nCustom Metrics and Extensions\nLog Monitoring and Analytics\nAlerting and Problem Management\nPlatform & Cloud Technologies\nCloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, and/or GCP)\nContainers and Kubernetes\nInfrastructure Automation\nCI/CD Pipelines\nMonitoring and Observability Platforms\nAPI Monitoring and Performance Management\nSalary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year\nTCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
