We are seeking a highly motivated Mobile Application Support Engineer (L2/L3) to provide production support for mobile applications and backend services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring application health, resolving production incidents, troubleshooting mobile and API-related issues, and ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for mobile applications and backend services.
• Monitor application performance, system alerts, and production incidents to ensure high service availability.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across mobile applications and APIs.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with Helpdesk, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive issue resolution.
• Support application deployments, releases, and post-release validation activities.
• Ensure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.
• Create and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance support efficiency.
• Participate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Strong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend application support and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with React Native mobile application development and support.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and Angu lar.
• Good understanding of iOS and Android mobile platforms.
• Experience debugging REST APIs, application logs, and production issues.
• Knowledge of application deployment, monitoring, and release management processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with mobile application monitoring and observability tools.
• Familiarity with incident management and IT service management (ITSM) processes.
• Exposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices is an advantage.d
