The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring application health, resolving production incidents, troubleshooting mobile and API-related issues, and ensuring the stability, performance, and availability of business-critical systems.\nKey Responsibilities\nProvide L2/L3 production support for mobile applications and backend services.\nMonitor application performance, system alerts, and production incidents to ensure high service availability.\nInvestigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues across mobile applications and APIs.\nPerform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring incidents and implement preventive measures.\nCollaborate with Helpdesk, development, QA, and infrastructure teams to drive issue resolution.\nSupport application deployments, releases, and post-release validation activities.\nEnsure adherence to defined service level agreements (SLAs) and operational standards.\nCreate and maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, and troubleshooting guides.\nIdentify opportunities for process improvements and automation to enhance support efficiency.\nParticipate in incident management, problem management, and change management activities.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nStrong experience in Java and Spring Boot for backend application support and troubleshooting.\nHands-on experience with React Native mobile application development and support.\nProficiency in JavaScript and Angu lar.\nGood understanding of iOS and Android mobile platforms.\nExperience debugging REST APIs, application logs, and production issues.\nKnowledge of application deployment, monitoring, and release management processes.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.\nAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced production support environment.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with mobile application monitoring and observability tools.\nFamiliarity with incident management and IT service management (ITSM) processes.\nExposure to cloud platforms and modern DevOps practices is an advantage.d\nTata Consultancy Services Canada Inc. is committed to meeting the accessibility needs of all individuals in accordance with the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) and the Ontario Human Rights Code (OHRC).
