The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in end-to-end testing, test automation, and modern quality engineering practices. This role requires leadership in defining test strategies, building scalable automation frameworks, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead end-to-end quality assurance activities across multiple projects and releases.\nDefine and implement comprehensive test strategies, plans, and quality metrics.\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust automated testing frameworks and test suites.\nCollaborate with product owners, developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure quality is embedded throughout the SDLC.\nOversee functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing activities.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives in quality engineering, automation, and release processes.\nIdentify quality risks, troubleshoot defects, and recommend mitigation strategies.\nMentor and guide QA engineers on testing best practices and automation methodologies.\nSupport CI/CD integration and promote shift-left testing practices.\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience in End-to-End Testing and QA Leadership.\nProven expertise in Test Automation Frameworks and automation strategy implementation.\nDeep understanding of Quality Engineering principles, SDLC, STLC, defect lifecycle management, and test governance.\nExperience with automated testing tools and frameworks for web, API, and integration testing.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent communication and leadership capabilities.\nPreferred Ski lls\nExperience working within relevant business or industry domains.\nStrong background in API and Integration Testing, including RESTful services, microservices, and third-party integrations.\nExposure to AI-assisted testing tools and modern intelligent test automation platforms.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.\nSalary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year\nTCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
