The ideal candidate can\ndesign end-to-end Salesforce solutions, navigate platform limits, and lead\ntechnical decisions across complex, large-scale implementations. This is not a\npurely advisory role the candidate is expected to actively participate in\nhands-on coding (Apex, LWC) alongside the development team, lead by example,\nand contribute directly to solution delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nArchitecture & Solutioning\nDesign and own end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with\nenterprise architecture standards.\nLead high-level and low-level design discussions,\ntranslating business requirements into scalable technical blueprints.\nDrive decisions on: Flow vs. Apex vs. LWC, Sync vs Async\nprocessing, On-platform vs external system processing.\nEnsure solutions are optimised for scalability, performance,\nand Salesforce governorlimits.\nStrong knowledge of Apex design patterns, salesforce data\nmodel, security framework and declarative framework\nData & Security\nDesign robust data models custom objects, relationships,\nindexing strategies, and data archival.\nHandle Large Data Volume (LDV) scenarios skinny tables,\nindexed fields, SOQL optimisation, archiving.\nImplement and govern the Salesforce security model:\nProfiles, Permission Sets, Permission Set Groups, OWD, Sharing Rules,\nField-Level Security.\nDevelopment & Technical Leadership\nWork closely with IT CRM and business team to analyze\nrequirements, design solutions and plan future releases.\nDefine and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and\nbest practices across the team.\nAbility to lead teams and drive technical discussions\nCollaborate with Salesforce developers, Business analysts,\nArchitects and IT SMEs to design and deliver solutions\nHave knowledge of deployment using CI/CD pipelines in Devops\nprocess\nIntegration & Middleware\nDesign integration patterns using MuleSoft or equivalent\nmiddleware platforms.\nDefine API strategies -
