This role will be responsible for ensuring secure, reliable, and efficient technology service delivery, managing stakeholder expectations, mitigating risks, and supporting business transformation initiatives.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead the delivery and operational management of cybersecurity and infrastructure services.\nEnsure services are delivered in line with agreed service levels, performance targets, and business requirements.\nManage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, assess, and mitigate cybersecurity and operational risks.\nEstablish and maintain governance, reporting, and service management frameworks.\nManage technical escalations, incident resolution, and problem management activities.\nBuild and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners.\nSupport compliance, audit, and regulatory requirements related to cybersecurity and infrastructure operations.\nDevelop service delivery roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives and technology strategies.\nMentor team members and promote best practices in service management, cybersecurity, and project delivery.\nRequired Skills and Qualifications\nStrong experience in Cybersecurity and Information Security operations.\nExperience managing Infrastructure Services in enterprise environments.\nProven expertise in Service Delivery Management and IT Service Management (ITSM) practices.\nStrong Project Management experien ce with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.\nKnowledge of risk management, incident management, change management, and operational governance.\nStrong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.\nExperience driving process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.\nAbility to work effectively across technical and business teams.\nSalary Range - CA$ 100,000 - CA$ 120,000 Per Year\nTCS does not use artificial intelligence tools for candidate screening or evaluation.
