across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and integrations.\nDefine ITIL processes and design integration solutions.\nDeliver architecture-level configurations and technical solutions.\nDesign and develop custom ServiceNow applications.\nOversee ServiceNow deployments, integrations with third-party tools, orchestration, and operational activities.\nManage projects involving support, maintenance, migration, upgrades, integrations, and implementations.\nLead at least five end-to-end implementation projects in ITSM, ITOM, ITAM (HAM, SAM), and CMDB.\nProvide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.\nReview requirements for accuracy and completeness to ensure proper estimation.\nDesign best-practice solutions based on customer requirements and convert them into functional requirements.\nMaintain and review license data in ServiceNow and proactively report compliance issues.\nEvaluate customer requirements against ITIL and industry standards to identify correlations and impacts.\nRequired Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.\nServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist in:ITSM\nHAM\nSAM\nDiscovery\n\nITIL V3 Foundation Certification.\nProven experience in:Leading at least 3 or more transformation implementation projects.\nServiceNow custom application design and development.\nIT Asset Management Lifecycle and HAM Pro features.\nMerging
