The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing end-to-end hardware asset lifecycle processes, ensuring data accuracy, integrating HAM with enterprise systems, and mentoring junior developers. This role requires strong technical expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and deep knowledge of ITAM best practices.\nPrimary Responsibilities\nLead the configuration and implementation of the HAM lifecycle, including request, procurement, receipt, deployment, and disposal.\nConfigure asset models, asset workflows, asset states, and inventory management processes.\nIntegrate the HAM module with CMDB, Procurement, and Discovery tools to ensure accurate and automated asset tracking.\nImplement data normalization, reconciliation, and audit processes to maintain data quality.\nDefine and maintain roles, hardware catalog items, SLAs, lifecycle states, and governance standards.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, KPIs, and analytics ensuring HAM data integrity.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to align HAM processes with organizational ITAM strategy.\nProvide technical guidance, best practices, and mentorship to junior team members.\nPrimary Skills (Must-Have)\nStrong hands-on experience in ServiceNow HAM module implementation using Out-of-the-Box features.\nProficiency in ServiceNow scripting, including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, and Flow Designer.\nStrong understanding of CMDB integration, Asset Repository, and Asset Discovery processes.\nExpertise in lifecycle state models, asset normalization rules, and reconciliation logic.\nSolid understanding of ITIL and ITAM frameworks.\nPreferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)\nExperience with Software Asset Management (SAM).\nKnowledge of procurement processes and vendor management.\nExperience working in large-scale enterprise environments.\nRelevant ServiceNow certifications (CSA, HAM Micro-Certifications, ITAM
