and integrate them with ServiceNow.\nPerform unit testing, system integration testing, performance testing, and user acceptance testing.\nCreate repeatable processes for development, testing, staging, and production environments ensuring reliability and high availability.\nDevelop integrations using REST API, SOAP, or other technologies.\nWork with base platform features and reporting capabilities.\nAdhere to Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards.\nEnsure compliance with the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).\nRequired Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified Systems Administrator.\nKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodology.\nBasic understanding of ITIL/industry standards.\nFamiliarity with SDLC processes.\nTechnical Skills\nServiceNow ITOM suite (CSDM, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management).\nBasic knowledge of Cloud fundamentals and Windows/Unix administration.\nIntermediate understanding of infrastructure environments.\nScripting and RegEx
