Design and implement RESTful APIs and service integrations.\n\n- Create and maintain database models, queries, and integrations using MySQL.\n\n- Produce low-level technical designs in collaboration with Solution Designers and Technical Leads.\n\n- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned to engineering best practices.\n\nDevOps & Platform Ownership :\n\n- Take technical ownership of the BPM platform and associated services.\n\n- Administer, configure, and support JBOSS / Red Hat EAP application server environments.\n\n- Manage application deployments, patching, upgrades, and configuration changes.\n\n- Maintain and optimise platform configuration, including standalone.\n\n- xml and deployment settings.\n\n- Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent tools.\n\n- Support containerised deployment approaches using Docker.\n\n- Improve deployment automation, release reliability, and operational efficiency.\n\nOperational Support & Reliability :\n\n- Support production and non-production environments for BPM and automation applications.\n\n- Investigate incidents, troubleshoot issues, and implement long-term fixes.\n\n- Identify and reduce technical debt, operational risk, and platform stability issues.\n\n- Implement and improve monitoring, alerting, health checks, and operational tooling.\n\n- Support quality assurance teams with feature handover, defect resolution, and environment issues.\n\n- Work with SRE, Operations, and Engineering teams to improve service reliability.\n\nAutomation & Continuous Improvement :\n\n- Identify opportunities to automate manual operational processes.\n\n- Support wider OpsAuto applications written in Java, Python, Shell, BPM workflows, and other technologies.\n\n- Contribute to automation frameworks, reusable components, and operational tooling.\n\n- Promote standardisation, reusability, and automation-first thinking across the team.\n\n- Help modernise and improve existing applications, scripts, and platform services.\n\nAgile Delivery & Collaboration :\n\n- Work closely with Solution Architects, Business Analysts, Developers, QA Engineers, SRE, and Operations teams.\n\n- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.\n\n- Review code and provide constructive feedback to maintain quality standards.\n\n- Share knowledge, document best practices, and support continuous learning across the team.\n\n- Work collaboratively with both local and distributed teams.\n\nEducation Qualification :\n\n- Candidates will have a master's degree in computer science or equivalent.\n\nEssential Skills & Experience :\n\n- Strong commercial experience developing enterprise applications using Java.\n\n- Experience with Process Beans, POJOs, custom handlers, and workflow integrations.\n\n- Experience with JBOSS / Red Hat EAP application servers.\n\n- Experience configuring and supporting Java application deployments.\n\n- Experience with Spring Framework and modern Java development practices.\n\n- Experience developing and consuming RESTful APIs.\n\n- Good understanding of relational databases, particularly MySQL.\n\n- Experience with Git-based source control, such as GitHub or GitLab.\n\n- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps delivery practices.\n\n- Experience with Docker or containerised application deployment.\n\n- Experience with automated unit and integration testing.\n\n- Strong troubleshooting skills across application, platform, and deployment issues.\n\n- Experience working in Agile delivery teams.\n\nDesirable Skills & Experience :\n\n- Experience with JBPM, RHPAM, or similar BPM/workflow platforms.\n\n- Experience supporting operationally critical applications.\n\n- Experience with Python, Shell scripting, or other automation languages.\n\n- Experience supporting applications written in multiple languages.\n\n- Knowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration platforms.\n\n- Understanding of BPMN 2.0 workflow modelling.\n\n- Experience in network automation, OSS platforms, or telecoms environments.\n\n- Familiarity with NETCONF, YANG, SNMP, REST, or network management technologies.\n\n- Experience with monitoring, alerting, logging, and operational observability tools.\n\n- Oracle Java certification or equivalent qualification.\n\n- CCNA or equivalent networking knowledge.\n\nProfessional Attributes :\n\n- Strong ownership mindset, with the ability to take responsibility for
