discussions, and support team development.\nEstablish coding standards, automation practices, and reusable frameworks to improve productivity.\nPlatform & Process Improvement\nDrive proof-of-concepts (POCs), innovation initiatives, and technology evaluations.\nEnhance platform reliability, monitoring, observability, and operational efficiency.\nSupport DevOps and DataOps practices through automation and CI/CD implementation.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications\nExperience\n6-8 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Platform Development, or related roles.\nProven experience leading technical projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.\nTechnical Skills\nStrong expertise in Snowflake or equivalent cloud data warehouse technologies.\nHands-on experience with Apache Airflow, DBT, and Matillion or similar data integration tools.\nStrong SQL skills and experience in data modeling, schema design, and query optimization.\nExperience building cloud-native data solutions on Azure (preferred) and/or AWS.\nStrong knowledge of ETL/ELT architectures, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration.\nExperience with Python or similar programming languages for data engineering and automation.\nLeadership & Soft Skills\nStrong project planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills.\nAbility to drive technical discussions and influence architectural decisions.\nExcellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience mentoring and guiding junior engineers.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience with Power BI or other visualization and reporting platforms.\nKnowledge of AI/ML concepts and supporting machine learning workflows.\nExperience with Docker, Kubernetes, Azure Container Services, AWS Fargate, or similar containerization technologies.\nExposure to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code practices.\nExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments.\nEducational Qualification\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer
