projects using SDLC, Agile, SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban methodologies.\nLead and manage multiple Scrum teams distributed across geographies and technology domains.\nPlan, monitor, and manage concurrent project deliveries with overlapping timelines and dependencies.\nPrepare, publish, and maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery roadmaps aligned with business priorities.\nCollaborate with architects, technical leads, product owners, and customer teams to ensure successful solution delivery.\nMonitor project progress through Scrum ceremonies, review meetings, and governance mechanisms.\nRe-evaluate project schedules and delivery plans based on changing business priorities and project risks.\nPublish periodic status reports, project metrics, progress updates, and delivery dashboards.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks throughout the project lifecycle.\nManage customer interactions and stakeholder communications across multiple levels.\nResolve cross-functional and cross-team dependencies effectively.\nEnsure adherence to internal processes, quality standards, and customer audit requirements.\nAddress issues, non-conformances, and audit findings raised by QA and internal or external assessment teams.\nDefine, track, and report key project execution metrics, KPIs, and SLAs.\nDrive employee growth through performance management, feedback, mentoring, and learning initiatives.\nRecognize and encourage team contributions while fostering a high-performance culture.\nSupport proposal development, effort estimation, and RFP activities.\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\n12-14 years of overall IT experience with strong project management expertise.\nProven experience delivering large-scale, complex integration programs and cloud-native applications.\nStrong technical background in:Cloud Technologies\nCore Java and/or Python\nSpring Boot\nREST APIs\nMicroservices Architecture\n\nExperience managing teams of 15+ members and multiple Scrum teams.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.\nExperience managing cloud-based projects leveraging AWS or other cloud service providers.\nExpertise in:Stakeholder Management\nRisk Management\nBudgeting and Estimation\nResource Planning\nKPI/SLA Tracking and Reporting\n\nAbility to understand technology landscapes and collaborate effectively with technical teams.\nExperience working in Agile delivery environments and handling customer-facing engagements.\nFamiliarity with AI/GenAI tools and their usage for
