(Any tool basic understanding) \n\nAutomotive Communication & Diagnostics (Mandatory) \nStrong expertise in CAN, CAN FD, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet. \nDevelopment and troubleshooting of communication databases and network configurations. \nHands-on debugging using CANoe, CANalyzer, ControlDesk, INCA, or similar tools. \nRoot cause analysis of ECU, network, and system-level issues. \n\nHIL Operations & Maintenance (Mandatory) \nDaily operation and monitoring of HIL benches. \nSoftware flashing, configuration management, and release deployment. \nTroubleshooting hardware, software, model, and communication-related issues.\nTest environment health monitoring and issue resolution. \nCoordination with development, validation, and integration teams for system readiness. \n\nTest Automation (Good to Have) \nAutomation using Python, CAPL, AutomationDesk, Robot Framework, or similar frameworks. \nAutomated regression execution and reporting. \nCI/CD integration using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools. \n\n6. ADAS & Sensor Knowledge (Good to Have) \nUnderstanding of ADAS functions such as ACC, AEB, LKA, TSR, BSD, and Pilot Assist. \nKnowledge of Radar, Camera, LiDAR, Ultrasonic, GNSS, and IMU sensors. \nExperience with ADAS scenario generation and sensor simulation is advantageous. \n\n7.
