hands-on experience in software development with proficiency in multiple languages (Java, Python, C++, Go, etc. ).\nStrong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices.\nExpertise in scalable, distributed systems and microservices architecture.\nDeep knowledge of real-time transaction processing and high-throughput systems.\nExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).\n10+ years of professional software development experience.\nProven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence.\nExperience in making architectural decisions that impact large-scale systems.\nStrong ability to align technical strategies with business goals and long-term vision.\nStrong analytical and debugging skills, with experience in troubleshooting high-scale production systems.\nAbility to drive continuous improvement in performance, reliability, and scalability.\nExperience with monitoring, alerting, and resilience engineering.\nExcellent communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.\nAbility to work across cross-functional teams, including product, business, and compliance.\nExperience designing and building payment processing systems (UPI, card networks, wallets).\nUnderstanding of lending platforms, wealth management, or embedded financial services.\nExperience in policy management systems, claims automation, and underwriting workflows for insurance.\nFamiliarity with regulatory compliance, security, and governance
