QA Engineer

We are looking for a QA Engineer with 1-3 years of experience in automation and performance testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Selenium for automation testing, TestNG for test frameworks, and Locust/JMeter for performance testing. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of applications through effective testing strategies. Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium.
• Design and execute functional, regression, and integration test cases.
• Build and manage automation frameworks using TestNG.
• Perform performance and load testing using Locust and JMeter.
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality.
• Analyze test results and provide detailed reports on application performance and stability.
• Participate in test planning, test case design, and requirement analysis.
• Contribute to continuous integration and testing processes.
• Ensure adherence to software quality standards and best practices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or computer science engineering.
• 1-7 years of experience in software testing and QA automation.
• Experience working on real-world projects during professional roles.

Technical Expertise:

• Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for automation testing.
• Experience using TestNG for test automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools such as Locust and Apache JMeter.
• Good understanding of test case design, test planning, and defect tracking.
• Familiarity with Java or other programming languages used in automation.
• Experience testing web applications and REST APIs.
• Familiarity with Git or version control systems
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI.
• Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman or Rest Assured.
• Familiarity with BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS or Azure).
