Due to our continued growth we are now recruiting for aFunctional Safety Engineer to be based at our customer’s site in Gaydon.\nOur Embedded Systems Solutions department (ESS) encompasses all activities outlined under the Automotive SPICE (ASPICE) process framework, including systems engineering, software engineering, coding, and all levels of functional testing. Beyond core development, ESS also integrates critical supporting processes such as project management, risk assessment, functional safety, and cybersecurity, ensuring compliance with ASPICE standards and delivering reliable, secure, and high-quality embedded systems & solutions.\nRole Summary:\nSupport functional safety engineering activities across the automotive product lifecycle in accordance with ISO 26262 and customer processes. The role contributes to hazard analysis, safety concepts, requirements, technical analyses, verification evidence and safety case development.\nDimension of function:\nOur ESS is a fast-growing function within Tata Technologies Limited that is assembled to work on exciting projects globally for multiple customers.\nThe EE team within ESS is responsible for hardware and software that delivers the EE & High Voltage components.\nA position within the EE team requires a highly motivated and hands on team player with exceptional attention to detail, pro-activeness, diligence, a positive attitude and the ability to communicate well.
