It comprises highly specialized engineers across Automotive, Aerospace and Industrial Heavy Machinery.\nThe Role:\nAs an Industrial Engineer, you will play a key role in improving manufacturing and operational performance by analysing existing processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing sustainable solutions. Working across cross-functional teams, you will design and develop innovative systems, optimise production workflows, and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality, cost, delivery, and overall business performance.\nThe role requires a strong analytical mindset, using data and industry best practices to evaluate current operations, develop process improvements, and support the successful delivery of new products and manufacturing programmes.
