Activities include managing customer communications, creating project planning documents, and leading teams to successful completion of project technical deliverables. Focus will be on Cost, Schedule, and Performance management of the program. The position will interface with all parts of the organization, in addition to customers, sub-contractors, etc.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nManage all cost aspects of the program from cradle to end of life. This includes leading the Request for Proposal) RFP process, to monthly reporting of program performance, to program closeout.\nLead all schedule aspects of the program to ensure all teams are meeting their scheduled deliverables and customer need dates are met. Actively manage risk and develop solutions to meet program objectives.\nLead all performance aspects of the program to ensure the collective team meets or exceeds the customers’ expectations/requirements as it relates to the Statement of Work (SOW).\nManage manpower planning, personnel utilization, resource assignment, and program metrics via control documents to include budget sheets, an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), Risk Register, Scope Amendment Log, etc.\nLead teams to execute Program Reviews and Design Reviews to internal and external stakeholders.\nSupport department needs associated with Business development and Forecasting.\nInstill a positive working environment where teams thrive and grow together to meet common goals/objectives.
