You will have responsibility for:\nTechnical Leadership & Delivery\nForemost responsibility includes maximising project team utilization while ensuring maximization of project level contribution margins. \nNeeds to ensure that adequate training related to Durability, NVH Domain is provided to the team of engineers who are working on the project to make sure they are fully capable of delivering project deliverables. A Technical Specialist is typically assisted by Team Leads who handle Team Members from Durability, NVH Team.\nCarry out regular technical Durability, NVH analysis perspective activities which include interfacing with customer for day-today operational activities.\nProvide necessary support to SMEs and other team members to help them create Knowledge Database for Durability, NVH, safety Domain.Day today interaction with offshore Manager for durability, Safety, NVH domain project developments. As model build/ analysis phase of a module is completed, a presentation is made to the client. Suggestions/feedbacks from the client are discussed with the Program Manager, and onsite coordinator to ensure that changes are incorporated accordingly. Ensure adequate domain-specific and cross-domain training for team members so they are fully equipped to meet project and customer expectations.Mentor engineers and team leads to support career progression, technical depth, and accountability for assigned work.Method & Capability Development\nLead and contribute to method development initiatives in NVH and adjacent CAE domains (Durability, Crash & Safety), including: Standardization of analysis workflows Development of best practices, templates, and SOPs Enhancement of correlation, post-processing, and reporting methodology.\nTechnical Consultancy (Durability, NVH & Crash & Safety)\nAct as a technical consultant to internal teams and clients for NVH, Durability, and Crash & Safety topics across vehicle and system levels. Support customers during early program phases, concept evaluation, and issue investigations, providing robust engineering judgement and recommendations.
