Our diverse and inclusive workforce allows for all employees to feel valued and safe to give their opinions and improve our company.\nTata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.\nPosition Summary\nDocument Control Clerk\nWashington Works, WV\nOnsite assignment.\nMonday-Friday.\nThe Document Control Clerk plays a critical role in supporting engineering and operations teams by maintaining a structured and accessible documentation system. This position ensures that all equipment files and project-related documents are accurately managed and readily available to site personnel and clients.\nResponsibilities\nAdhere to clients core values of Safety, Integrity, Partnership, Respect, and Ownership.\nReproduce and distribute engineering and technical documents to internal teams, contractors, and clients.\nMaintain and update equipment data files, including P&IDs and datasheets.\nEnsure compliance with client-specific document control procedures and industry standards (e.g., ISO, OSHA PSM).\nManage documentation using systems such as Documentum, SharePoint, and SAP.\nMaintain a comprehensive document control register for all project and operational documentation.\nAssist with project closeout documentation efforts by updating appropriate drawing and data repositories.\nOperate and maintain large-format plotters and printers for engineering drawings.\nMonitor and replenish office and documentation supplies.\nUse Microsoft Office applications to support documentation workflows and reporting.\nQualifications\nStrong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across engineering, operations, and EHS teams.\nMinimum 3 years of document control experience in a chemical or industrial manufacturing environment.\nFamiliarity with project handover requirements in a process plant setting.\nAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and document management platforms.\nKnowledge of chemical plant operations and terminology is a plus.\nEducation Requirements\nHigh School Diploma or equivalent.\nEEO Statement\nTata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC (“TCE”) is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
