Assists in maintaining a comprehensive filing system for all documents to be retained in the document control center.\nResponsibilities\nCompletes work according to standard procedures on assignments from Senior Document Control clerk.\nAssignments are completed efficiently and on time.\nEnsures quality for completed personal work assignments.\nPrepares memos, letters, meeting minutes, reports, forms and other documents using company or client word processors. Types and proofreads from dictation or draft by others.\nOrganizes and maintains project files under close supervision.\nOperates equipment, i.e. padding machine, binding, paper cutter to produce document packages per instructions from requestor.\nMay operate reproduction equipment such as blueprint, high-speed copiers, offset devices, etc. to produce legible documents.\nReports to the Senior Document Control Clerk for team or group assignment and determination of standards.\nMay receive direction and/or work from other managers/supervisors.\nAccommodates needs from all employees for file management and document processing.\nWorks pursuant to direction in a consistent manner according to established procedures.\nMay require direction to appropriately accommodate new circumstances.\nDevelops a familiarity with engineering, construction and process terminology.\nUses the following office equipment, such as PC’s, printers, typewriters, fax machines, copiers, telephone equipment, and various other office machines to complete work.\nQualifications\nOne year relevant industry work experience.\nEducation Requirements\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nEEO Statement\nTata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC (“TCE”) is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
