All individuals involved must go through Bilfinger’s on-site safety orientation.\nResponsibilities\nAllen Bradley PLC programming.\nElectrical design.\nNew systems.\nModifications to existing systems.\nProject management. Technical consultation.\nOn premise training to accompany projects.\nConstruction support. Start up support.\nValidation execution.\nIQ/OQ/PQ / Low complexity validation (LCV) / Safety validation.\nControl system architecture layout, including main control elements, peripheral elements, and communications networks.\nControl panel layouts, I/O assignments, and bill of material.\nPower, control, I/O, and grounding circuit diagrams.\nFunctional specification development and documentation.\nSafety Circuit Design. Wire Sizing.\nSoftware operation simulation to meet functional specification.\nSoftware documentation using standard Rockwell Automation documentation systems.\nAttend scheduled meetings with Procter & Gamble contractors/integrators to clarify and assist where necessary.\nProvide input for panel inspection and audit on equipment.\nDeveloping controls hardware migrations.\nInstalled-base Life Cycle Support development.\nQualifications\nAllen Bradley PLC programming / ControlLogix code creation -PLC5 maintenance and troubleshooting / Studio 5000 / AssetCentre & UPack and PackML experience.\nNetworking and switch configuring.\nServer management.\nHMI development using FactoryTalk View.\nAveva/Wonderware expertise. Opera experience highly desired.\nProcess controls. Experience with the following OEMS and technologies:\nRosemount / Endress & Hauser / Emerson.\nPressure, level, temperature, flow sensors.\nMachine controls.
