Our diverse and inclusive workforce allows for all employees to feel valued and safe to give their opinions and improve our company.\nTata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.\nPosition Summary\nMaintenance Planners are tasked with the comprehensive management of project timelines, resource allocation, and scheduling sequence of critical milestones and project deliverables-directly working with maintenance scheduler. They must analyze and foresee potential obstacles and devise proactive strategies to mitigate risks and delays.\nResponsibilities\nDevelop detailed, realistic plan and sequence for the maintenance SOW, manage schedule delivery, site access, availability of materials and procurement including resources allocation.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.\nMonitoring project progress and adjusting as necessary to ensure successful completion on schedule and within budget\nKnowledge with estimating standards and tools.\nTrack projects milestones and delays.\nAssemble a detailed job plan identifying job steps with appropriate resources and manhours, material and equipment.\nQualifications\n8 plus years experience.\nSAP Experience needed.\nP6 and Prometheus Software a plus.\nKnowledge with estimating standards and tools.\nExperience Facilitating team meetings and coordination efforts to ensure coherence and adherence to the project’s strategic direction.\nEvaluating the project’s success post-completion to identify lessons learned and areas of improvement for future projects.\nEnsuring compliance with industry-specific regulations and standards throughout the project lifecycle.\nSAP.\nEducation Requirements\nHigh School diploma or equivalent.\nEEO Statement\nTata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC (“TCE”) is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
