The Project Controller is responsible for gathering project-related data from the Project Management and the Industrial teams, treating this data, and maintaining cost and schedule progress reports. Must be able to provide an analysis of the complete set of projects for multiple sites, with sufficient depth for the project manager to act in the main project areas.\nResponsibilities\nProject controlling expertise to develop business financial models from scratch.\nPerformance analysis of cost and schedule of multiple projects. Create and manage reports, discuss action plans with Project Managers related to performance deviation.\nOverview cost and schedules to ensure compliance with standards. Work with Cost Estimator and Project Scheduler to increase quality of the deliverables.\nMaintenance of the capital portfolio, monitoring the current capital expenditures, adjusting the capital trend with support of the Project Management team. Participate in discussions across multiple Industrial sites to follow up status updates.\nApply decision criteria tools to prioritize next year’s capital portfolio.\nSystem administration of the PPM (supports day-to-day system needs).\nCreating and maintaining reporting solutions for Maintenance, Project Management, and Executives.\nEnsuring Project Management and Industrial teams have the appropriate tools for project financial planning.\nQualifications\n5 to 10 years in Project Controls experience.\nExperience in working in a portfolio with multiple projects.\nPractice in project management (FEL methodology - estimation, project planning, resource planning, issue management, risk management, change management, communication planning).\nExcellent business communication, writing and interpersonal skills.\nEducation Requirements\nB.S. in engineering is preferred.\nEEO Statement\nTata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC (“TCE”) is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in our workplace.
