Our diverse and inclusive workforce allows for all employees to feel valued and safe to give their opinions and improve our company.\nTata Consulting Engineers USA, LLC, (TCE), is a multi-disciplinary engineering organization offering a full range of integrated engineering design, project support, procurement and construction management services to the energy and chemicals industries.\nPosition Summary\nPlans, directs, organizes, and executes activities of designated projects to ensure that goals and objectives of the projects are accomplished within a prescribed timeframe and funding parameters performing the following duties.\nResponsibilities\nProvides project leadership under the direct supervision of a Project Manager.\nResponsible for designated project results.\nReports on status of project in the assigned work to Project Manager.\nCoordinates with Project Controls for the project schedule and budget for appropriate element of project.\nDetermines staffing requirements for the project and directs design team personnel.\nEstablishes a cost-effective environment.\nAssists in project reviews.\nResponsible for effective scope definition and change management.\nInterface with the contractors and client.\nWorks toward providing customer satisfaction with project results.\nComplies with all clients operating guidelines and standards.\nQualifications\nSome knowledge of, but primarily of own discipline, project engineering, material management, construction, cost control, scheduling and estimating.\nBeginning knowledge of contractual issues and commercial strategies.\nAbility to assist in proposal development and presentations.\nLeadership capability and above average communication skills.\nDemonstration of the ability to solve problems and make decisions at a task force level.\nPlanning and organizational talent.\nEducation Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in engineering or technical field from four-year college or university is desired.
