Skilled in electronic document management systems (EDMS), document lifecycle management, revision control, and quality management practices. Proven expertise managing Management of Change (MOC) processes, ensuring technical changes are properly evaluated, documented, approved, and implemented. Experienced in writing and maintaining engineering procedures, work instructions, and document control standards to support operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
