You will report to the Head of Accounting and have an opportunity to learn about TV media buying. Primarily, you will assist the accounting team with weekly and monthly media reconciliations in Microsoft Excel and GoogleSheets. You will also learn and operate in the Company’s proprietary backend system.\nThis is a contractor position based in New York City. You will be required to come into the office for training when requested (~2 days/week). This is a part time position, 9am - 5pm from Tuesday to Friday with opportunity to expand.\nQualifications\nRecent grad with preferred degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accounting, or Business, OR 1-2 years of relevant accounting work experience using Microsoft Excel\nHands-on experience with Microsoft Excel - at minimum, working knowledge of sorting, vlookup, simple formulas, etc.\nAbility to follow instructions for repetitive weekly tasks, and strive to find ways to improve\nKnack for problem solving - you like puzzles!\nStrong sense of urgency and ability to work productively under pressure\nOpen and comfortable using AI and automation tools in your daily work\nThe hourly rate for this position is $20 to $25 per hour.
