This role plays a key part in ensuring the quality, coordination, and consistency of BIM outputs across multiple regions.\nYou will collaborate with engineering, project management, and commercial teams to develop coordinated design solutions, helping drive innovation and project efficiency at scale.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop, coordinate, and manage BIM models and CAD drawings for data centre projects\nPerform clash detection analysis and produce detailed clash reports to support resolution\nProduce detailed product drawings, submittals, and supporting technical documentation\nSupport the implementation of BIM standards, processes, and best practices across projects\nCollaborate with engineering, project management, and strategic accounts teams to deliver coordinated solutions\nContribute to the development of new products and engineering solutions\nEnsure all BIM outputs align with global quality standards and project requirements\nProvide regular updates on progress, milestones, and risks to the Lead Product Engineer\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related discipline\nMinimum 3 years’ experience in a BIM coordination or structural engineering role\nStrong proficiency in Revit (essential) and Navisworks (essential)\nProven experience in BIM coordination and clash detection\nExperience creating custom Revit families (preferred)\nExposure to critical infrastructure sectors such as data centres, power, or industrial environments (preferred)\nExcellent English communication skills (essential for global collaboration)\nStrong attention to detail, planning, and stakeholder coordination skills\nBenefits\nPermanent and full-time employees enjoy a competitive salary and the opportunity to work on high-profile, global data centre projects within a rapidly growing organisation.\nAt Tate, you will be part of an innovative and collaborative environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and contribute to cutting-edge engineering solutions.\nIgnite your career.
