Responsible for planning, organising, and implementing projects, the Project Coordinator collaborates closely with team members and stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and adherence to project timelines.\nKey Responsibilities\nEnd to end customer management, demonstrating initiative and ownership to yield the best possible results.\nWorking to critical dates, coordinating each contract with operations and production and notifying teams of any changes within\nCollating reports, data and analysis on dispatch, stock availability, procurement and production\nActing as the point of contact for customer enquiries, orders, and concerns related to manufacturing products.\nLead the Rollout of SOPs: Develop and implement standardised operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline project processes.\nRoot Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis for project issues to identify underlying problems.\nBest Practice Implementation: Introduce and promote best practices within the team to enhance project efficiency.\nQualifications, Experience & Skills\nExperience:\nDegree qualification within a business or similar discipline.\nProven track record as a project coordinator from an engineering backgroud\nStrong stakeholder management with a high level of reporting skills.\nA high level of initiative, forward thinking and prioritisation to navigate any changes.\nExperience with SAP (or similar ERP system), EXCEL, Power BI and forecasting.\nUnderstanding of manufacturing or the data centre sector is desirable\nThis is a permanent role with an excellent salary and package on offer, please apply with your latest CV in the strictest confidence.\nStay connected with us on LinkedIn for insights into life at Tate.\nTate is an equal-opportunity employer.
