You will play a key role in coordinating technical execution, managing stakeholders, and driving high-quality outcomes across multiple sites.\nThis is a technical, site-based project management role within data centre infrastructure delivery (not IT project management).\nThis role is based in Dubai and requires regular international travel to support project execution across the region.\nKey Responsibilities\nDevelop and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring delivery aligns with customer and business expectations\nCoordinate with internal teams, contractors, and supply partners to ensure smooth execution of complex projects\nSupport the Sales team with technical insight and data to enable accurate and competitive project pricing\nOversee supply chain planning and forecasting to ensure product availability and avoid delays\nProvide on-site support and deliver installation training to partners across multiple project locations\nProduce and manage technical drawings and documentation in line with company standards\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction\nIdentify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across project delivery and internal processes\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction, Industrial Design, Business, or a related discipline\nProven experience managing complex, customer-facing projects in construction, engineering, or technical environments\nStrong understanding of site-based project delivery, ideally within data centres, MEP, or infrastructure projects\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels\nStrong problem-solving and analytical capabilities, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset\nExperience working with supply chains, contractors, and cross-functional teams\nWillingness and ability to travel internationally (15-25%)\nExperience in data centre projects is advantageous but not essential\nBenefits\nPermanent and full-time employees enjoy a competitive salary, career development opportunities, and the chance to work on high-impact, global data centre projects within a fast-growing division of Kingspan Group.
