The role ensures that works are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with project specifications, quality standards, and client requirements.\nThe Site Manager serves as the primary on-site leader, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and commissioning teams to achieve successful project delivery and client handover.\nKey Responsibilities\nSite Leadership & Construction Management\nLead all site activities related to liquid cooling and containment system installations.\nManage day-to-day construction operations in accordance with project schedules and milestones.\nCoordinate site teams, subcontractors, supervisors, and foremen to achieve project objectives.\nEnsure construction activities are executed in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and project procedures.\nMaintain overall responsibility for site productivity, progress, and workmanship quality.\nIdentify and remove execution constraints to maintain project momentum.\nCoordinate with the Project Manager and Project Director.\nProject Planning & Scheduling\nDevelop detailed look-ahead plans and short-term execution schedules.\nCoordinate construction sequencing with client, consultants, general contractors, and other trades.\nMonitor progress against baseline schedules and recovery plans.\nEnsure labor, materials, tools, and equipment are available to support planned activities.\nParticipate in project planning and coordination meetings.\nMechanical Installation Management\nOversee installation activities including:\nLiquid cooling distribution systems.\nChilled water piping networks.\nManifolds and distribution headers.\nIsolation and control valves.\nPiping supports, hangers, and seismic bracing.\nFlexible connections and specialized fittings.\nHot aisle containment systems.\nCold aisle containment systems.\nRack-level cooling infrastructure and associated accessories.\nEnsure installations meet project specifications and manufacturer's requirements.\nHealth, Safety & Environmental Management\nPromote and maintain a strong safety culture across all site activities.\nEnsure full compliance with project HSE requirements and local regulations.\nConduct regular site safety inspections and toolbox talks.\nReview and approve risk assessments and method statements before work commencement.\nEnsure safe lifting, work-at-height, confined space, and pressure testing activities are properly controlled.\nLead investigations of incidents and near misses where required.\nMaintain a zero-harm approach throughout project execution.\nQuality Management\nEnsure works are executed in accordance with approved quality requirements.\nCoordinate inspections with QA/QC teams and client representatives.\nVerify readiness for inspections, testing, and commissioning activities.\nEnsure prompt resolution of NCRs and punch-list items.\nMonitor workmanship standards across all construction activities.\nSupport quality audits and client inspections.\nSite Coordination & Interface Management\nCoordinate activities with: \nGeneral contractor.\nMechanical subcontractors.\nElectrical contractors.\nCommissioning teams.\nClient representatives.\nConsultants.\nEquipment vendors.\nManage work interfaces to minimize disruption and avoid construction conflicts.\nParticipate in daily and weekly coordination meetings.\nEnsure proper communication of construction priorities across all stakeholders.\nResource Management\nManage site manpower, supervisors, and subcontractor resources.\nMonitor labor productivity and implement improvement initiatives where needed.\nEnsure efficient allocation of personnel and equipment.\nMonitor material consumption and site logistics.\nReview workforce requirements and forecast future resource needs.\nCommercial & Cost Control Support\nSupport project management in cost control activities.\nMonitor progress against budgets and labor productivity targets.\nIdentify and report potential cost impacts and change orders.\nAssist in evaluating subcontractor performance and claims.\nEnsure works are delivered efficiently and in accordance with approved budgets.\nTesting, Commissioning & Handover\nCoordinate construction completion and readiness for testing activities.\nSupport flushing, pressure testing, leak testing, and system validation activities.\nEnsure all construction punch items are completed before handover.\nCoordinate with commissioning teams during system startup and integrated testing.\nSupport preparation of turnover packages and as-built documentation.\nEnsure successful client acceptance and project close-out.\nTechnical Requirements\nEssential Experience\nMinimum 5~7 years in a Site Manager or Construction Manager or relatable role within Mechanical or MEP projects.\nExperience managing multiple subcontractors and large site teams simultaneously.\nTechnical Knowledge\nStrong understanding of:\nData center construction methodologies.\nMechanical piping systems.\nChilled water systems.\nPipe fabrication and installation practices.\nHydrostatic testing and flushing procedures.\nMechanical completion processes.\nContainment system installation techniques.\nCommissioning and integrated systems testing.\nConstruction sequencing in live or partially operational environments.\nLeadership & Management Responsibilities\nLead site engineers, supervisors, foremen, and subcontractors.\nEstablish clear site priorities and execution strategies.\nConduct Background\nMinimum Requirements\nBachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline.\nPreferred\nDegree in Mechanical Engineering with a
