Read on to learn how this opportunity can contribute to our purpose while helping shape the future of food.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nConsolidate massive demand data from various sources with excel and powerquery tools\nAnalyse trends to drive improvements in forecast accuracy and forecast bias. Document assumptions related to major changes of forecast\nDrive and generate 18 months of rolling sales forecast to align with the allocated supply\nMaintain a detailed knowledge of sales strategies and initiatives including gaps and opportunities between latest forecast and annual operating plans\nSupport Sales, New Product Launch and Product Management teams to detail monthly forecast by plant/customer/SKU that maximises profit\nLead and drive the monthly demand reviews and S&OP meeting to align with consensus plan with sales, supply and finance\nWork with local supply chain managers/ planners to understand their replenishment requirements\nWork collaboratively with regional and global supply planning to ensure best quality demand signal is sent to production plants monthly\nParticipate in weekly allocation calls and work closely with Customer Service team and local supply chain teams to ensure order volumes are within defined allocation\nDrive and ensure clear communication of the allocation target and forecasted demand from business point of view\nInterface with supply planning, commercial finance, sales and product managers to manage product allocations\nCollaborate cross-functionally to determine optimal SKU assortment that achieves margin, revenue, and optimal sales opportunities. Work with supply planning and finance to simulate what-ifs scenarios\nLead Demand Planning group capabilities and processes that help drive high performance and growth\nPlay a lead role in the region in the annual planning process across the S&OP planning team. Ensure linkage to monthly volume forecast as part of financial forecasting process\nLead and participate in continuous improvement projects\nSafety\nPerform, Maintain and improve the EHS standard and requirements as set by the Company. Participate in the company’s EHS program including training, audit etc., arranged by the company.\nLocation\nThis role is assigned to our APAC head office located in Biopolis, Singapore (Buona Vista / Commonwealth MRT)\nWhat You’ll have\nMinimum Degree in Supply Chain, Economics, Business, or Engineering from a reputable university\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in handling inventory, supply planning function\nStrong supply and demand planning, good experience in conducting S&OP at SKU by country business level\nExperience in and/or exposure to S&OP processes and procedures, customer planning and/or supply planning\nDemand planning/allocation handling\nChemical/FMCG background is preferred\nExcellent communication and presentation skills\nAble to commence work within short notice is a big Plus\nTechnical Skills:\nUnderstand products, commercial demands and legal requirements\nDemand, supply and inventory planning rules methodology\nSAP MRP\nAdvanced excel skills (e.g.
