We are the secret ingredient that makes food extraordinary in some of the world’s most beloved brands.\nPosition Summary\nThe PSM Engineering will ensure properly evaluation of site process safety risks and prioritize actions to risk mitigation according to risk evaluation.\nEnsure process safety procedures accomplishment to new projects or modification on existing process.\nSupport on spread process safety culture and keep engagement of departments in PSM subject.\nKey Responsibilities\nLead Process Risk analysis in new projects or existing process when revalidation is needed.\nProperly assign projects to CAPEX Plan to ensure risk reduction to the site, risk prioritization.\nSupport on project evaluation and review when process safety is included on scope.\nReport, investigate and ensure action plan implementation to all process safety events in the site, following report procedures and timing.\nEnsure that site basis of safety is well maintained.\nEnsure properly training on process safety to the site.\nResponsible to lead internal and external audits related to PSM.\nCarry out the work in accordance with internally approved policies, procedures, work instructions, respecting and applying the GMP requirements and also the health, safety, environment and sustainability standards adopted by the company.\nResponsibility and autonomy to report issues related to GMP to the managing director and the quality department.\nFES Duty of Care:\nFood Safety\nCarry out responsibilities/duties according to food safety, legal and quality requirements to ensure our products are fit for human consumption.\nEnvironment\nComply with all environmental standards, procedures, and work instructions always. \nReport any environmental violations or near misses to prevent any impact upon the local environment, its inhabitants and Tate & Lyle.\nHealth & Safety\nAdhere to the safety policies, procedures, and site rules.\nFully participate in the safety program, including reporting any incidents or near misses and auditing.\nRequirements and Skills\nUniversity Degree or high in Chemical, Food, Electrical & Automation and Mechanical Engineering.\nCertificate on Process Risk Analysis.
