Participate in the company’s EHSQS program including training, audit etc\n\nAssuming a role of Element owner/ Support/ EHS Committee/ Emergency Response team in J2E where applicable.\n\nComplete safety training and audits as required\n\nAlign personal goals and objectives with the site Strategic Plan.\n\nKnowledge of Life Savings Principles (LSP), Stop Work Authority and Product Protection Principles (PPP).\n\nParticipating in Site Safety Observations\n\nReport near miss or unsafe act\n\nImprove overall J2E element scores in each role\n\nAbout You\nThe successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the following competencies:\n3+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred but not essential\n\nCertificate IV in Food Processing or Warehousing is preferred but not essential.\n\nStrong SAP/MRP/Resource Planning /Power BI and Microsoft programs competencies.\n\nHigh-level planning, administration, critical thinking skills are essential\n\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nStrong in organising, prioritising, problem-solving and decision-making.\n\nBeing able to commence work on short notice is ideal.\n\nThis is a fully on-site role\n\nKey Personal attributes\nStrong personality - able to build rapport with internal & external stakeholders\n\nResilience and ability to work under tight pressure\n\nAbout Us\nTate & Lyle's purpose, Transforming Lives Through the Science of Food, inspires everything we do.
