We offer multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) that support various communities\nPhysical Requirements\nThis position requires the ability to safely perform the following tasks:\nLifting of up to 55 pounds without mechanical assistance.\nClimb a vertical ladder up to 15ft\nClimb several flights of stairs, several times a shift\nStand for up to 1 hour without sitting\nBending and twisting motion at the waist and knees\nAbility to work a rotating shift schedule with the flexibility to work alternate schedules as needed.\nPerformance measures\nThe incumbent will be measured against site EHS, Quality, Production, Reliability, and Leadership goals.\nSkills and experience required\nMinimum of a high school diploma or the equivalent.
