In this key role, you will combine strategic development with hands-on operational leadership and help ensure an efficient, reliable and safety-focused supply chain.\nAbout the role\nAs Supply Chain Manager, you will report to the Plant Director and be responsible for planning, managing and continuously optimizing the site’s supply chain. Your area includes logistics, supply and production planning, inventory control, formulation and cross-functional coordination. You will lead several employees and teams, develop the local supply chain strategy and collaborate closely with colleagues across the site and the wider European organization.\nYour key responsibilities\nPlan, manage and optimize the end-to-end supply chain at the Lille Skensved site.\nEnsure effective procurement, planning, inventory control and formulation activities.\nMonitor production plans and key performance indicators, including plant-related OTIF delays, and take action when needed.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives that increase efficiency and reduce operating costs.\nSupport the European S&OP process and collaborate closely with relevant internal stakeholders.\nEnsure an audit-ready operation and compliance with safety, quality and other management systems.\nManage the supply chain budget and contribute to investment and project reviews.\nDevelop, motivate and coach your direct reports through clear goals, regular feedback and performance and development conversations.\nPromote collaboration, knowledge sharing and best practices across teams and functions.\nAbout you\nYou have a relevant technical or business degree, or equivalent professional experience, combined with demonstrated leadership responsibility. You bring experience from supply chain management, logistics, production planning or a related environment and are confident in analysing and improving processes.\nWe also expect that you:\nHave experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP, and process optimization.\nAre a people-focused leader who creates direction, engagement and accountability.\nHave strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills.\nRemain structured and effective in a dynamic operational environment.\nCollaborate well across functions and build strong stakeholder relationships.\nCommunicate confidently in written and spoken English.\nAre comfortable using Microsoft Office and relevant digital tools.\nWhat we offer\nYou will join a collaborative site organization in a visible leadership role with the opportunity to influence both daily operations and the future development of the supply chain.
