Starting operations in 2011 with less than 50 people, we now have over 350 employees supporting operations globally. We have 30 teams operating in Łódź to provide service in the areas of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement, HR/People Services, and IS/IT\nROLE PURPOSE\nThe purpose of the role is to oversee the daily operations of a team, ensure that team members are motivated, supported, and working efficiently towards achieving the team's goals. The Transaction Processing Supervisor acts as a liaison between the team and upper management, facilitating communication and ensuring that the team's efforts align with the organization's objectives.\nThe role of Transaction Processing Supervisor P2P (Americas, APAC & EMEA) needs to be located in GSS, Lodz.\nLeadership and Supervision:\nCoordinate team activities and delegate tasks effectively.\nManage resources to optimize team performance.\nProvide clear direction and leadership to team members.\nSet performance expectations and monitor progress.\nConduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and feedback.\nParticipating in both internal GSS and T&L projects as required\nParticipating in both internal GSS and T&L audits, as required\nLooking for the opportunities for the process improvements and automations.\nPerformance Management:\nMonitor and evaluate the performance of team members.\nProvide constructive feedback and coaching to improve performance.\nIdentify training needs and opportunities for team members.\nSupport team members in their career development goals\nMotivation and Support:\nFoster a positive and collaborative team environment.\nAddress team members' concerns and provide support as needed.\nEncourage professional development and continuous learning.\nCommunication:\nEnsure effective communication within the team and with other departments.\nRelay important information from upper management to the team.\nFacilitate open and transparent communication channels.\nIdentify and resolve issues that arise within the team.\nBuild and maintain effective cooperation and partnership with Business.\nReporting and Documentation:\n· Maintain accurate records of team performance and progress (KPI monitoring)\nPrepare and submit regular reports to upper management.\nEnsure compliance with organizational policies and procedures.\nWHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU\nAs a business operating in 50 countries worldwide, we offer a global rewards package to all employees alongside a range of country-specific benefits.
