Our Ottawa or Collingwood offices will also be considered. Hybrid arrangements may be considered for an experienced candidate. This role will focus on the planning, coordination, design, and delivery of road design and reconstruction projects throughout Ontario.\nThis is a senior project delivery role for someone who knows how to get municipal road projects designed and delivered in Ontario. The work is focused on road design, road reconstruction, roadway geometry, grading, drainage, roadside safety, utility coordination, subconsultant management, proposal support, budgets and schedules, deliverable review, and client communication. It is not a pure transportation-planning, traffic-modelling, traffic-operations, or transit role.\nThe ideal candidate will have a background in road, highway and intersection design and municipal infrastructure.\nKey Responsibilities: \nLead and coordinate multidisciplinary road design and reconstruction projects from proposal through design and tender preparation.\nManage project scope, schedule, budget, deliverables, and client communication.\nAssign, coordinate, and review work prepared by project team members, including drawings, cross sections, cost estimates, staging plans, tender documents, and technical submissions.\nCoordinate with internal disciplines, subconsultants, utilities, approval agencies, clients, and other project stakeholders.\nPrepare and review proposals, work plans, budgets, schedules, fee estimates, technical correspondence, reports, and design submissions.\nConduct quality and constructability reviews.\nProvide technical direction, training, mentoring, and support to junior and intermediate staff.\nAssist with workload planning, project resourcing, and continued growth of the Transportation group.\nKey Position Requirements:\nRegistered with Professional Engineers Ontario (P.Eng.).\nA minimum of 5 or 10 years of progressive experience.\nExperience with TAC, OPS, OTM, and other applicable Ontario municipal standards.\nStrong understanding of the process required to advance a road project from initial proposal writing through design, approvals, and tender preparation.\nExperience coordinating with utility companies, subconsultants, municipalities, approval agencies, and other project stakeholders.\nStrong written and verbal communication skills.\nSound technical judgment and a commitment to high-quality deliverables\nNice to Have:\nExperience with roundabouts, active transportation, traffic signals, roadway lighting, traffic calming, and contract administration.\nExperience with Civil 3D or coordinating Civil 3D design teams.\nExperience with Municipal Class Environmental Assessments.\nWe are open to candidates with experience in any of the following areas:\nMunicipal
