Specifications are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job.\n\nSummary:\nThe Custodial Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety across all assigned facilities. This role involves inspecting custodial services and ensuring compliance with company policies, client expectations, and regulatory standards.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nConduct routine and random inspections of facilities to ensure custodial standards are consistently met or exceeded\nDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures and checklists\nMonitor performance of custodial staff and provide feedback for improvement\nEnsure compliance with safety regulations, OSHA standards, and company policies\nCollaborate with operations and site managers to improve service delivery\nEvaluate cleaning products, equipment, and procedures for efficiency and effectiveness\nPrepare and present quality control reports to senior management and clients\nEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:\nHigh school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred\n3-5+ years of experience in custodial services, janitorial supervision, or facility management\nExperience in quality control, inspections, or compliance preferred\nStrong knowledge of cleaning methods, chemicals, and safety procedures\nFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and workplace safety standards\nExcellent attention to detail and organizational skills\nProficiency in Microsoft Office or similar reporting tools\nREASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS:\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential functions.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nNone.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nWork is performed indoors with some potential risks to safety and health hazards.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be able to lift/carry 50 pounds, push/pull 50 pounds, stand, sit, bend, kneel and walk for extended periods.\nMust be able to perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.\nMust be able to work around food and cleaning products\nWORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:\nDoD Secret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
