ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nAssist with troubleshooting user issues related to US Navy Environmental Portal.\nAssist in training Navy and Tatitlek personnel in Navy Environmental PPBE and EPRWeb usage.\nMaintain user permissions within the EPRWeb Portal.\nAssist with maintaining program documentation and user guides within EPRWeb.\nAssist with testing programming fixes prior to deployment.\nAssist with managing webinar systems.\nAssist with generating customized reports and draft presentations (e.g., MS Excel pivot tables and PowerPoint presentations) to support programming, budget formation and execution tracking.\nAssist with creating the EPRWeb Newsletter.\nAttend and assist with facilitating client meetings, including preparing meeting minutes.\nAssist in providing technical support to Navy clients (e.g., EPRWeb, MS Office).\nNON-ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOther duties as assigned.\nREQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:\nBachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in a related field.\nPrevious experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance.\nBasic knowledge in generating process documentation.\nExperience with web-based and financial systems.\nExperience working with Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).\nMust be a US citizen possessing a DoD security clearance or the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.\nExcellent organizational skills; with a high attention to detail.\nAbility to work individually and collaboratively with team members to complete tasks effectively.\nSelf-motivated with a proactive, customer-focused mindset.\nEducation and experience should demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing.\nAbility to follow written, oral, or visual based instructions using good judgement and common sense. Self-motivated, manages own time, and completes projects simultaneously with minimal or no supervision. Capable of relying heavily on experience and independent judgment to plan and accomplish daily goals.\nProficient in basic math operations including working with whole numbers, common fractions, percentages, ratios, and decimals. Skilled in interpreting diagrams and reading, analyzing, and discussing data.\nAbility to transform raw data into structured outputs, including dashboards, tables, and visual summaries, to support operational and strategic needs.\nAdept at reading, writing, and understanding the English language, with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze documents such as technical drawings and manuals, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, proposals, etc.\nCapable of learning and understanding naval acronyms.\nSkilled in writing detailed reports and correspondence clearly and effectively, and able to present information orally and in writing while under pressure.\nDemonstrated willingness to take initiative, contribute ideas, and proactively support team and client needs.\nPREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND/OR ABILITIES:\nKnowledge of Navy Environmental Compliance programs (Safe Drinking Water Act, National Environmental Policy Act, Clean Air Act, etc.)\nAbility to integrate client requirements into a web-based data management application.\nSkilled in providing technical support to ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and guidance.\nCapable of drafting technical documents, point papers, and briefing packages.\nADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:\nAs a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.\nAs an equal opportunity employer, The Tatitlek Corporation recognizes that our strength lies in our people.
