Specifications are not intended to reflect all duties performed within the job.\nSUMMARY:\nThe Kelly House Coordinator is responsible for the daily operation and programming of Kelly House Community Center. This position plans, coordinates, and facilitates youth, cultural, recreational, and community activities while ensuring the facility is safe, welcoming, and available for community use. The Coordinator serves as a resource for community engagement and supports programs that enhance the quality of life for Tatitlek residents and shareholders.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nKelly House Operations:\nOpen, close, and oversee the daily operation of Kelly House Community Center.\nMaintain a safe, clean, organized, and welcoming facility for all users.\nOrder and maintain monthly supplies for Kelly House operations, programs, and community activities.\nReceive, organize, and stock supplies.\nMaintain an accurate inventory of equipment, supplies, and program materials.\nMonitor inventory levels and purchase Inventory to ensure adequate stock is maintained.\nCoordinate facility scheduling, reservations, and community use.\nServe as an education resource for the community of Tatitlek by assisting with scholarship applications, including accessing, completing, printing, scanning, and submitting forms.\nKeep Kelly House and the surrounding grounds clean, organized, safe, and welcoming.\nMonitor the surrounding grounds and report maintenance or safety concerns.\nReport maintenance needs and coordinate repairs with appropriate staff.\nEnsure facility policies and safety procedures are followed.\nCommunity Programming:\nPlan and coordinate youth activities and after-school programming.\nOrganize cultural, educational, recreational, wellness, and seasonal activities.\nCoordinate community events, workshops, and celebrations.\nManage open gym schedules and recreational programming.\nEncourage community participation and foster positive relationships with residents.\nAdministrative Responsibilities:\nMaintain activity calendars, attendance records, and program documentation.\nAssist with promoting Kelly House programs and events.\nCoordinate volunteers as needed.\nAssist with tracking program supplies and expenditures.\nPerform other duties related to Kelly House as assigned.\nREASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS:\nReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.\nSUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nNone.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nWork is performed primarily within Kelly House Community Center with occasional outdoor community activities.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nRegular walking, standing, bending, lifting, and carrying of supplies and equipment.
