This role provides daily oversight of maintenance teams, manages work order execution, and maintains consistent communication with government stakeholders.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead and supervise a diverse team responsible for operating, maintaining, and repairing commercial building systems.\nPrepare and submit signed monthly progress reports to the Government.\nManage corrective maintenance efforts, preventive maintenance programs, and all unscheduled work orders.\nProvide weekly written and verbal updates on the status of O&M activities.\nDeliver a comprehensive monthly report summarizing corrective maintenance funding, preventive and unscheduled work completed, quality control metrics, safety incidents and training, equipment downtime, customer satisfaction data, and any operational concerns or recommendations.\nMaintain on-site presence during standard business hours and remain reachable around the clock for emergencies.\nSupport hands-on maintenance and repair tasks as needed, applying practical skills in trades such as carpentry, painting, plumbing, masonry, and basic electrical work.\nEnsure consistent delivery of high-quality work and customer service.\nComplete all required training within established timelines.\nPerform duties in a safe, secure, and compliant manner.\nFollow all company policies, procedures, and safety standards.\nCarry out additional responsibilities as assigned.\nEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:\nMust hold a minimum of an Associates’ degree in a related discipline or equivalent schools training/certifications.\nPossess a Secret security clearance.\nMinimum of 15 years’ experience related O&M support services and/or Facilities management.\nMinimum of 5 years’ experience in providing such services to large facilities or operations.\nREASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS:\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential functions.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrior experience in the supervision of a workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nMust be able be able to conduct preventative maintenance activities and minor repairs from ladders or elevated platforms.\nWork requires the incumbent to walk, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in uncomfortable positions.\nAbility to lift, carry and set up tools, equipment and parts that weigh up to and occasionally over fifty (50) pounds.\nMust be comfortable getting dirty, dusty, and greasy in an indoor or outdoor environment with frequent exposure to excessive noise.\nMust be able to perform duties under adverse weather conditions (extreme cold / heat, etc.).\nMust be able to work alternate shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements of the customer, to include weekends and holidays.\nMust be able to perform on-call duties when scheduled and report to work within one hour of notification.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be able be able to conduct preventative maintenance activities and minor repairs from ladders or elevated platforms.\nWork requires the incumbent to walk, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in uncomfortable positions.\nAbility to lift, carry and set up tools, equipment and parts that weigh up to and occasionally over fifty (50) pounds.\nWORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:\nSecret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required.
