The QC/QA Lead will establish, implement, and manage a comprehensive QC/QA program that supports mission readiness and operational excellence..\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nLead the development, implementation, and management of the QC/QA program for O&M operations.\nPrepare and maintain a detailed method statement outlining how the QC/QA Department will be structured, staffed, and managed.\nConduct inspections, audits, and evaluations of building systems, maintenance activities, and operational processes.\nEnsure compliance with Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) principles and apply non destructive testing (NDT) methods as required.\nIdentify deficiencies, track corrective actions, and verify resolution.\nCollaborate with site leadership, engineering, and maintenance teams to ensure quality standards are met.\nMaintain documentation, reports, and quality records in accordance with contract and regulatory requirements.\nProvide training and guidance to staff on QC/QA procedures and best practices.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and reliability.\nEXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND LICENSURE:\nActive Secret Clearance\nMinimum of fifteen (15) years of experience working in QC/QA roles within major industrial complexes or large scale construction projects.\nMinimum of five (5) years serving specifically as a QC/QA Lead.\nStrong working knowledge of O&M operations and building systems (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, etc.).\nExperience working within a RCM program.\nFamiliarity with non destructive testing (NDT) methods.\nAbility to develop and implement QC/QA processes, procedures, and documentation.\nExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.\nREASONABLE ACCOMMODATIONS:\nReasonable accommodation may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the following essential functions.SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:\nPrior experience in the supervision of a workforce responsible for operations, maintenance, and repair of commercial building infrastructure systems.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nMust be able be able to conduct preventative maintenance activities and minor repairs from ladders or elevated platforms.\nWork requires the incumbent to walk, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in uncomfortable positions.\nAbility to lift, carry and set up tools, equipment and parts that weigh up to and occasionally over fifty (50) pounds.\nMust be comfortable getting dirty, dusty, and greasy in an indoor or outdoor environment with frequent exposure to excessive noise.\nMust be able to perform duties under adverse weather conditions (extreme cold / heat, etc.).\nMust be able to work alternate shift schedules when necessary to meet the mission requirements of the customer, to include weekends and holidays.\nMust be able to perform on-call duties when scheduled and report to work within one hour of notification.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nMust be able be able to conduct preventative maintenance activities and minor repairs from ladders or elevated platforms.\nWork requires the incumbent to walk, stoop, bend, kneel, climb and work in uncomfortable positions.\nAbility to lift, carry and set up tools, equipment and parts that weigh up to and occasionally over fifty (50) pounds.\nWORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE:\nSecret or higher security clearance, or the ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
