This position involves close coordination with test engineers, government personnel and facility operators. This is a temporary/on-call position directly supporting the Center for Countermeasures at various locations throughout the US. Travel is expected to occur for all support activities.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nControl access to secured areas and equipment, ensuring only authorized personnel enter.\nGreet and screen visitors, verify credentials, and maintain detailed visitor logs.\nPrepare and submit daily, weekly, and incident reports.\nAssist with technician level duties as needed.\nCoordinate and schedule travel in support of test activities.\nComplete travel and detailed expense reports.\nQUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:\nHigh school diploma or equivalent required.\n5+ years working in or around controlled or restricted facilities.\nExperience in security, law enforcement, or military security programs is a plus.\nMust be a US citizen.\nMust be eligible to obtain and/or maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.\nMust have a valid drivers license.\nMust live near a major airport and have reliable transportation.\nTECHNICAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nProven experience working in a professional manufacturing or test environment.\nAbility to quickly adapt and adjust to situations commonly found in test environments.\nProficiency with logistics and travel, experience in a DoD setting preferred.\nSkilled in maintaining detailed logs and reports.\nStrong situational awareness and incident response capabilities.\nExcellent communication skills-verbal, written, and interpersonal.\nAbility to follow procedures while working independently.\nPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:\nAbility to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods.\nOccasionally lift/move up to 25 lbs.\nMust possess good vision and hearing capabilities.\nWORK ENVIRONMENT:\nWork performed in outdoor airfield and/or test range settings.\nMay experience exposure to varying noise and weather conditions.\nAbility to work shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.\nADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:\nAs a condition of employment, must pass a pre-employment drug screening, as well as have acceptable reference and background check results.\nAs an equal opportunity employer, The Tatitlek Corporation recognizes that our strength lies in our people.
