Finance, Economics, Math, Physics, CS or a related field.\n 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis.\nStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling.\nFamiliarity with valuation methods and principle\nAccounting knowledge, with an understanding of general accounting principles and practices.\nSolid understanding of Finance and Financial Markets, with the ability to apply this knowledge in practical scenarios\nExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills\nStrong written and verbal communication abilities in English\n Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.\nKnowledge of real estate or city planning industry is a plus.\nCFA certification is a plus.\nTerms of engagement\n3 Months internship with possibility to extend for an additional 3 months\nPotential for Full time engagement if performance is satisfactory after the intial 6
