Automation Leadership\nBuild and deploy Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.\nIdentify automation opportunities to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency.\nChampion adoption of low-code applications across departments.\n2. System Design & Implementation\nDeploy and maintain ICT systems with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.\nTranslate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\n3. Cybersecurity & Compliance\nMonitor, detect, and neutralize cybersecurity threats using industry-standard tools.\nImplement IAM, endpoint protection, and network security controls.\nConduct vulnerability assessments, patch management, and security audits.\nLead incident response and forensic investigations\n4. Server & Infrastructure Administration\nManage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365 services.\nPerform updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.\nOptimize network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless access points, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.\n5.
