Academy & University Strategy\nDesign and implement the Corporate Academy and University strategy.\nDevelop a multi-year learning roadmap aligned with business strategy.\nCreate the Academy and University operating model.\nEstablish governance, policies, learning standards, and quality assurance frameworks.\nBuild learning architecture across all employee populations.\n2. Learning Framework Design\nDevelop structured learning pathways for:\nNew hires\nIndividual contributors\nSupervisors\nManagers\nSenior leaders\nExecutives\nHigh-potential talent for the succession planning\nTechnical specialists\nGraduate trainees\n3. Leadership Development\nDesign and launch Leadership Academy, C&D, Sales and Marketing, Health and Security and other departments.\n4. Content & Curriculum Development\nCreate enterprise-wide curriculum architecture.\nDevelop learning content internally and with external partners.\nBuild digital learning libraries and knowledge sharing databases.\nDevelop learning toolkits, playbooks, guides, and academies.\n5. Learning Technology & Digital Learning\nLead implementation and optimization of:\nLearning Management System (LMS)\nAI-enabled learning tools\n6. University Partnerships & Accreditation\nEstablish partnerships with:\nUniversities\nProfessional bodies\nExecutive education institutes\nIndustry associations\nCertification providers\n7. Talent & Succession Development\nPartner with Talent Management to:\nBuild leadership pipelines.\nIncrease bench strength.\nSupport succession planning.\nAccelerate high-potential employee development.\nPrepare future leaders and increase the performance of employees.\nWe appreciate data-driven attitude to make the Learning journey effective. Establish dashboards and executive reporting.\nRequirements\nQualifications\nEducation\n Bachelor's degree in HR, Education, Organizational Development, Business or related discipline. Master's degree preferred.\nLearning and Development certifications preferred (CPTD, CIPD, SHRM, ATD)\nExperience\n 10+ years progressive Learning & Development experience. 5+ years leading enterprise-wide learning functions.\nExperience establishing or transforming a Corporate Academy, University, Leadership Institute, or Capability Development function.\nExperience in multi-country operations preferred / Mixed-use developments.\nExperience implementing LMS and digital learning ecosystems.\nProven success in leadership development and talent acceleration.\nIdeal Profile\nThe successful candidate is not merely a training manager but a learning ecosystem builder capable of creating a Corporate Academy and University that develops the next generation of leaders, professionals, and technical experts while directly supporting business growth, succession readiness, and organizational transformation.
