The ideal candidate should have experience in large-scale residential complexes and/or warehouses.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. Cost Estimation & Budgeting\nPrepare preliminary cost estimates, feasibility studies, and detailed budgets on all design stages.\nDevelop Bills of Quantities (BoQ) and tender documents.\nAdvise on cost-efficient materials and construction methods.\nEffective budget tracking to ensure projects stay within financial constraints\n2. Procurement & Tendering\nAssist in contractor/subcontractor selection and bid evaluations.\nPreparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts.\nRecommend procurement strategies (traditional, design & build, etc.).\n3. Financial Control & Reporting\nMonitor project expenditures and forecast final costs.\nValuing completed work and certifying payments.\nConduct interim valuations and progress payment certifications.\nManage variations, change orders, and cost reconciliation\n4. Contract Administration\nAdminister contracts (FIDIC) and ensure compliance.\nHandle claims, disputes, and extension-of-time requests.\nLiaise with legal teams on contractual matters.\n5.
