Automation Leadership\n Build and deploy Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, and SharePoint solutions.\n Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual workloads and improve efficiency.\n Champion adoption of low-code applications across departments.\n2. Cybersecurity & Compliance\nMonitor, detect, and neutralize cybersecurity threats using industry-standard tools.\n Implement IAM, endpoint protection, and network security controls.\n Conduct vulnerability assessments, patch management, and security audits.\n Lead incident response and forensic investigations\n3. System Design & Implementation\nDeploy and maintain ICT systems with scalability, reliability, and security in mind.\nTranslate business requirements into effective technical solutions.\n4. Server & Infrastructure Administration\nManage Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policies, and Microsoft 365 services.\nPerform updates, patches, and backups to ensure system reliability and performance.\nOptimize network infrastructure including switches, routers, wireless access points, DNS, DHCP, and VPNs.\n5.
